The picture of the day depicts a Prussian artillery battery during the Seven Years War. Most of the figures and artillery pieces are from the Minden Miniatures and the Fife and Drum artillery equipment. The limbers are from Berliner Zinnfiguren and a wagon is from Front Rank. It is impressive to say the least when it all comes together like this.

ReplyDeleteThat is a shi.....lot of guns and supporting equipment. I have to admit, I rarely purchase and paint limber teams, as they tend to be pretty pricey and I don't like painting them, or their horses, so this display if firepower is doubly impressive to my eye!

Impressive! Makes me want to finish assembling my Wofun limbers and guns (a bit tricky as they are not plastic, but MDF).
