| A little town somewhere in Saxony |
Prussian general von Winterfeldt leads a work party into a small town somewhere in Saxony. As I recall, buildings in Silesia generally did not have orange tile roofs so I am placing this scene in Saxony.
The Winterfeldt figure is an RSM Prussian officer that I converted by having his right arm extended so that he can point at something. I don't recall where I found the dog but it probably came from a range of fantasy figures. The Pioneers are from Minden Miniatures (of course). the old woman is a Front Rank figure, the inn keeper was from a Lord of the Rings figure range, and the other two gentlemen are Foundry figures.
The buildings were scratch built by the great Herb Gundt.
It all comes together rather nicely.
